About the Team at Hitachi

The mobility landscape is changing and shifting towards digital. A key pattern is the disruption of existing mobility models, combined with a convergence of previously unconnected areas, driven by digital. Most of these transformations are driven either by a focus on better customer experience to increase the value per customer e.g., Uber, or a more efficient use of existing transport infrastructure by increasing utilisation and reliability. Our customers are being increasingly disrupted in the market, and our priority is to provide new digital services as an overlay to our existing propositions, to allow them to be successful by focusing on their customers.

Hitachi are looking to launch an accelerator that cuts across all of innovation that happens at Hitachi. Hitachi is a key player in public transport solutions, and the accelerator will develop a strong central vision for what digital mobility means for Hitachi and what our overarching strategy is.

To build the core team of the accelerator, Hitachi is looking for a new entrepreneurial team of digital professionals who are excited to transform industries such as mobility and public transport through the power of digital.
