In this exciting role you will be responsible for controlling the lifecycle of Class 395 and TMC documentation and data system management including the administration of all Electronic Document Management Systems. This is a permanent role based in our Ashford train maintenance centre.
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following deliverables:
Previous document control/ office management experience
Previous line management experience
Advanced IT skills – typically Excel, Word, Adobe & PowerPoint.
Experienced based or Level 3 Management/Team Leadership
Able to represent Hitachi in a professional manner at all times
