We're looking to expand our Microsoft Dynamics Lifetime Services Team and urgently need to fill several support engineer/consultant jobs with candidates with fluency in English, German or French language.
The Lifetime Services team provides post-implementation support to our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations customers. We aim to be among the best in the industry delivering full-scope support, proactive maintenance and continuous improvement to our customers.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities - Analyse business processes (Finance, Operations, Trade & Logistics etc) to identify opportunities for improvement
- Gather and understand client functional requirements
- Gather and understand client functional solution
- Perform gap analysis between a client's requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics F&O
- Configure the application to meet a client's requirements
- Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
- Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
- Create functional specifications
- Design and integrate business processes and data flows between F&O applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications
- Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics F&O
- Develop high level project work plans
- Provide support to existing F&O clients
- Execute assigned responsibilities in a manner consistent with Hitachi Solution Europe Ltd's Quality Management Policy.
QualificationsKey Competencies - Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Experience of developing customised solutions to complex business problems
- Demonstrable consultancy experience
- Strong working knowledge of business processes
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Relevant Microsoft certification
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- A logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- English and German language speaking
