About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor/Parts Specialist in our busy Gisborne Branch. This role is integral to the success of CablePrice and we are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and develop in their next role.
The Service Advisor/ Parts Specialist role provides a complete solution for the delivery of maintenance and service work to customers, improving the customer experience. While reporting to the offsite branch manager, this is a real opportunity to excel and make your mark on the business. This role is also responsible for front line parts sales and support to our internal and external customers, as well as inventory management and parts purchasing.
You will be the primary point of contact for the customer, providing relevant, accurate and timely information, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded. Other responsibilities include:

Knowledge of the automotive or heavy transport industry would be desirable and will prove beneficial.
