Chief Duties and/or Responsibilities:

Qualified Applicants will possess the
- Bachelor’s Degree in
Business or Engineering field, master’s degree is preferred
- At least ten years proven
leadership experience in world class tier 1 automotive manufacturing
- Plant Management experience
in tier 1 automotive is preferred
- Transformational management
- Demonstrates high potential
to advance to Sr. executive positions.
Manufacturing experience is a plus,
- Capable of
excelling in a multi-cultural global business environment.
- A good
understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning and Lean activities.
organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in
8 step problem solving,
- Excellent proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Knowledge of IATS 16949 /
ISO 14001 requirements to support job responsibilities.
