About the Opportunity

Our Corporate Support Office based in Greystanes has an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Parts Inventory Manager. In this role you will be reporting to the National Parts Procurement & Logistics Manager and will manage inventory, replenishment, procurement of associated spare parts within HCA organisation and provide support to our branches and collaboration with our regional Depot's.

Other key drivers will be:

  • Management of the HCA spare parts inventory and procurement functions
  • To improve system forecast performance by both quantity and value against an agreed baseline & target
  • Engage and review local supplier agreements and set performance and delivery targets
  • Actively engage in new machine introduction and population analysis with Sales and Operations and establish critical support parts & expected impact on inventory holdings.
  • Provide meaningful reporting of parts inventory performance to respective management and branches
  • Administration and supplier management relating to domestic and international freight logistics

To be successful, you will possess the following:

  • Excellent product knowledge and inventory management experience
  • Strong customer service focus, both internal and external customers
  • Strong management of parts procurement demand and forecast management with a good understanding of forecasting tools and algorithms
  • Proven experience in developing and managing a team
  • Qualifications in relevant management/business discipline
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
