The Role

In this challenging, hands-on role, you will be part of a small team working directly with business stakeholders and end-users to understand their business context, refine requirements and determine best of breed solutions for Salesforce.com. Other duties may include dashboards, related tools, end-user training, documentation and a point of escalation for support issues. Experience with UI/UX design and improvement a plus. If you enjoy working with stakeholders and the business to build solutions to real-world problems in Salesforce.com, this is the role for you. This role can be remote but will ideally be located near one of our office locations on the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Salesforce instance with minimal IT Support
  • User Management in Salesforce, including Creation, deactivation and license management
  • Create ad hoc Salesforce reports and dashboards in consultation with the business owners
  • Make declarative changes to Salesforce, including field updates and creation, workflow and process management, and integrations
  • Upcoming projects include work with UI/UX, classic to Lightning, and territory management
  • Support users, management, and operations teams with Salesforce related issues
  • Train new employees on the best practices in the use of Salesforce

Qualifications
  • BS/BA in Business, Finance, Sales - Marketing
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator highly preferred
  • Experience building dashboards and reports
  • Prior experience adding and training new users
  • Experience supporting a global sales organization
