About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator in the Christchurch Branch. This opportunity is integral to the success of CablePrice and we are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and develop in their next role.

In this role you will work alongside the Service team, assisting with the processing of Workshop orders (WO) to invoice and actively managing workflow and satisfactory processing warranty and internal orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collating all Work Order information and documentation
  • Compiling Warranty Workshop Orders to align with OEM requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Backup Service Advisor role when required
  • Support the branch team with provision of general reception and admin duties

You will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal & written
  • The ability to positively engage with and influence all parts of the business
  • High level of computer literacy
  • The ability to perform under pressure and to prioritise and multitask in a time driven environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving, logistics and/or service experience.

Knowledge of the automotive or heavy transport industry would be desirable and will prove beneficial.
