As Sales Manager, you will be responsible to grow sales opportunities for our products (mainly IT/IOT solution) with the main responsibilities as follows:
1. Attending meeting with high-profile key personnel from Vietnam Government, Ministries, Private Sectors and State own corporations;
2. Developing and maintaining sales cycles from lead capture to sales closure;
3. Working and understanding customer practiced process and define customer requirement then propose solution to customers;
3. Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades;
4. Looking for new client to be able to provide our solutions;
4. Developing new business model in cooperating with our IT partners and demonstrating leadership throughout;
5. Response to tender documents, proposal, reports;
6. Other adhoc duties be assigned.
- University degree, specialized on IT, Telecommunication;
- Knowledge on hardware provided to Data Center, software related IP camera, smart traffics, VMS, ERP, CEM is an asset;
- 5+ years relevant experiences in Sales Ops/ Business with 02 + years experience as managing in sales team or project management;
- Working experience with big Vietnamese corporations and Japanese Manufacturers in Vietnam is an asset;
- Understanding Japanese business and culture. Strong business acumen and understanding of sales process;
3. Knowledge and other skill abilities:
- Good command of English/ Japanese to do the presentation to customer and join internal meeting.
- Excellent communication skill. Clear, concise and solution - focused communication
- Account management, customer focused and time management
