Your new role
In this exciting new role you will work in partnership with the HR leadership and teams across the business to design implement and maintain reward frameworks that supporting the people and teams’ global compensation strategy.
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following deliverables:
To work alongside the Head of Reward & Benefits as an advisor to the HR team and leadership, assisting in driving forward the reward agenda including pay philosophy, grading and benefits.
Work closely with UK HR colleagues to create a reward matrix across all locations, introducing standardisation where possible and highlighting any differences
Working with the Head of Reward & Benefits to document the annual pay review process, to include union negotiations where applicable
Degree qualified or equivalent e.g. CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent Reward Management
