About the Role

Due to continued growth, we have created a new opportunity for an Accounting Manager to join our successfully busy corporate support team.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager you will lead and manage the accounting team to ensure the provision of quality service that meets specified accounting and reporting requirements in a timely and efficient manner and assist on various financial accounting tasks. Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Review of month-end Management reports & all reporting requirements to HCA and other related entities.
  • Analyse, interpret and deliver financial information for use in operations and assist with financial business decisions
  • Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasting requirements
  • Monitor fixed assets and related reporting
  • Review of all departmental reconciliations and work on required corrective action.
  • Identify and work on areas of process improvement in the accounting function

About You

To be successful for this position you would have previous experience working within a large cooperate environment and have a demonstrated enthusiasm to deliver excellent customer service. You would also have the following skills.

  • CPA/CA Qualified with solid experience working in a complex business environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, notably Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident and competent in working effectively in a dynamic environment running with multiple deadlines concurrently.
