On a major global financial services account, you will be responsible for the daily delivery of service against the Service Catalogue, whilst achieving the required Service Level measures by managing and coordinating the relationships between the various senior customer stakeholders, 3rd party Supplier and MSS Service Functions - Resolver Groups.

The post holder will drive continuous Service Improvement to achieve higher quality, reduce costs and provide the platform for growth of services.

In addition, the post holder will lead the resolution of Major Incidents and Problems, Strategic Projects, such as Customer Service Exits and Transitions.

The post holder will produce:
  • Monthly Service Reports
  • Customer - HITACHI IaaS Business Cases
  • New Service Solutions
  • Continuous Service Improvement Plan
  • Inputs, where appropriate, to Customer Requirements Documents for large - strategic changes
  • Customer - HITACHI Business Cases/Flex Notes
  • New Service Solutions
  • Strategic Customer Business Change Requests
  • Project Initiation Briefs
  • Service - Infrastructure Enterprise - High Level Designs
  • Service Change Solutions
  • Bid Response Documents/Inputs as requested by Sales - Pre-Sales
  • Capacity Recommendations - Review Reports

  • ITIL Services Management, ISO 9002 (Process Management), ISEC 20000 (ITIL Compliance), ISO 27001 (Risk), BS1500 (Data sampling), BS7799, ISO 9000/2 Quality Auditor
  • Customer IaaS Contract Schedules
  • MCS Service Catalogue
  • Unified Computing Platform
  • Managed Services for Global Financial Services clients
