Your new role
In this exciting new role you will responsible for the setting up of and ongoing management of the Hitachi cleaning operation and support teams located in the maintenance depots to fulfil all contractual requirements.
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following deliverables:
Recording of KPI failures on KPI scorecards though the associated I.T. Systems
Daily management of the KPI cleaning regime and associated KPI reporting.
Responsible for providing clarity and direction to the cleaning operatives.

Intermediate IT skills – typically Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
Experience of working in a rail depot environment and at stabling out stations.
