Responsibilities

Works on projects of all sizes to provide functional and/or technical expertise related to solution offerings to support deliverables and/or project objectives. Utilizes technical knowledge and skills to support and deliver on internal initiatives. Activities may include:
• Performing work and managing tasks based upon knowledge of the client, solution, or industry
• Leading a work stream or acting as a team lead and managing non-complex components of the work plan/project
• Utilizing analytical, process, and/or technical skills to meet project objectives and deliverables that are self-directed and within project scope
• Building client relationships and often working closely with client personnel
• Overall management of small to medium sized client projects
• Provide technical guidance and code review
• Supervising and reviewing the work of less experienced consultants
• Contributing to internal initiatives and activities
• Knowledge management
• Mentoring less experienced consultants
• Provide training best-practices and approaches

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years leading DevOps, development/technical work streams
• Minimum of 1 years architecting solutions using microservices patterns
• Minimum of 1 year working hands-on with Container platform such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Service (ACS)
• Minimum of 2 years advising, designing, and implementing DevOps solutions using serverless, cloud-native, PaaS solutions
• Minimum of 3 years advising, designing, and implementing integration solutions using patterns such as pub/sub, batch, data streaming, including data orchestration and workflow
• Minimum of 5 years of design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level custom Microsoft applications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with object-oriented .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Java, JavaScript) design and development
• Minimum of 5 year of experience following SDLC methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, or Scrum
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with the adoption of SDLC best practices, implementation of application frameworks and enterprise design patterns into .NET custom development projects
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• A consulting background with a proven record of delivering .NET solutions within defined timeframes and project scope
• Experience developing Azure based solutions using serverless platforms such as Azure Service Fabric and Azure Container Service, and Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps
• Microservices design patterns and container approaches
• Implement/migrate applications from monolithic to microservices/container deployment model
• Understand the Strangler pattern for migration from legacy n-tier applications
• Understand of SAGA system architecture - pattern
• Proficiency reading and expressing software architecture through traditional UML documentation (Class, Activity, Entity Relation Diagrams, etc.)
• Proficiency querying and designing basic application schemas with relational database management systems (SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, Others ACID databases accepted)
• NoSQL and Graph DB design and development (Neo4J, Cosmos DB, MongoDB)
• Solid exposure in the back-end C# or VB.Net development, Windows Workflow Foundation, Windows Presentation Foundations (WPF)
• Proficiency in the following: NET Framework, QA - Testing procedures, Microsoft SQL, BizTalk Server, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
• Experience developing mobile using Xamarin Framework, HTML5, CSS, and/or Windows 10 solutions
• Proficiency with W3C standard web application scripting languages and interchanges (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, and JavaScript frameworks)
• Proficient with NodeJS, AngularJS web development framework, Dependency Injection using Unity Framework
• Proficiency with web service development and utilization (WCF and RESTful API preferred)
• Experience with Agile or iterative development SDLC practices
• Microsoft and third-party DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline using Azure DevOps Services, previously known as Visual Studio Online (VSO)
• Relevant Microsoft and Azure certifications
