The Role
  • Lead the achievement of AOP for the HCP business while directing the strategy for growth globally
  • Partner with the Global Solution Leader to align architectures against growth strategies
  • Be the global community leader for HCP Sales and Technical Experts and Communities of Interest
  • Selectively engage or support strategic HCP opportunities, improving go to market capabilities



Partner with Global Solution Leader to align on sales strategy and key messaging with PM/PMM/Engineering/Services

Develop and prioritize Global strategies for driving revenue growth across key products and platforms aligned to market direction and Hitachi Point of View. Translate technology values into a business value proposition and business outcome, including potential financial impact

Own and direct the information and training for Specialists and General Field
Owns the 'Community on Interest' for the Field and Specialists for their respective discipline
Escalation point for Sales into PM/Engineering/Services for their product set
Drive plans and strategies for key sales plays coordinating functions to roll them out

Drive standardization of key sales strategies and tactics globally
Engage as needed to help close important deals with intent to leverage learnings across the organization
Create and present global forecast metrics for strategic businesses globally
