The Role
-nbsp;
We are seeking are seeking an established Consulting Delivery Leader with extensive SAP delivery experience. The Client Engagement Partner will be responsible for managing long term client relationships with 3-4 major client accounts and assisting with both delivery and expansion in those accounts.

Location

Preferred locations are in the central US for travel purposes however all US based candidates will be considered. Must be willing to travel as needed to client sites.-nbsp;

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate-nbsp;long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor to Hitachi Vantara clients
  • Create-nbsp;and expand bandwidth for assisting with SAP Pre-sales in net new accounts / prospects-nbsp;-nbsp;
  • Partner-nbsp;with SAP sales and-nbsp;plan and execute-nbsp;the-nbsp;strategy for long-term profitable-nbsp;client-nbsp;growth-nbsp;while-nbsp;positioning-nbsp;Hitachi Vantara as a-nbsp;thought leader with all buyer archetypes (CIO, CDO, Business owner, etc.)-nbsp;
  • Develop-nbsp;strategic plans and translate them to actionable roadmaps-nbsp;
  • Prepare-nbsp;project estimates and proposals along with the Sales Enablement team and define key staffing plans to support solution delivery.
  • Deliver-nbsp;on customer engagements by servicing as a member of the PMO or Steering committee
  • Establish-nbsp;credibility as a trusted business advisor for the client
  • Meet-nbsp;account revenue and profitability targets-nbsp;-nbsp;
  • Drive-nbsp;demand and creates opportunities (proactive and reactive)-nbsp;-nbsp;
  • Influence-nbsp;and hold-nbsp;fierce conversations-nbsp;with both customers and internal Hitachi Vantara management teams-nbsp;
  • Understand-nbsp;issues the client is facing and come up with a clear solution and communication plan-nbsp;-nbsp;
  • Define-nbsp;and execute account plan for current fiscal year; track performance against account plan, expected benefits and profitability targets-nbsp;
  • Develop-nbsp;and proactively manage a succession plan for each account as well as the entire portfolio-nbsp;
  • Lead-nbsp;decisions towards executing an-nbsp;optimal-nbsp;project staffing leverage-nbsp;model (onsite/offshore) and mix (senior/junior) between resources-nbsp;
  • Adhere-nbsp;to quality process and methodologies (Total Quality Management) defined by the quality organization-nbsp;
  • Lead-nbsp;customer business requirements gathering and validation; optimize customer requirements and ensure all stakeholders-nbsp;are in agreement-nbsp;on delivery Key Performance Indicators KPI's-nbsp;
  • Resolve-nbsp;any delivery issues-nbsp;in advance of-nbsp;obstacles-nbsp;becoming critical-nbsp;
  • Work-nbsp;collaboratively with the SAP Community of Practice leader to ensure that resource planning needs are met

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, MBA or Masters in a business- or information technology-related field -nbsp;
  • An ability to understand, interpret and solve for business needs-nbsp;-nbsp;
  • A proven track record of excellent communication and interpersonal skills-nbsp;-nbsp;
  • 10+-nbsp;years of project delivery and client relationship management with SAP technologies-nbsp;
  • Past experience-nbsp;growing-nbsp;key client-nbsp;accounts-nbsp;
  • Experience with emerging technologies like Cloud, Digital, Automation, Analytics, etc.-nbsp;-nbsp;
  • Strong executive presence. Ability to operate and influence at a Senior Leadership level-nbsp;-nbsp;
  • Proven track record of delivering technology services, capabilities, world class customer service for a global organization-nbsp;
  • Strong business acumen and ability to negotiate to find win-win resolution to-nbsp;issues-nbsp;
  • Strong people/leadership skills.-nbsp;-nbsp;
  • Thought leader with a client-centric-nbsp;mindset and-nbsp;focus.-nbsp;Understand the issues the client is facing and-nbsp;create-nbsp;a clear solution and communication plan-nbsp;-nbsp;
  • Ability to influence and hold fierce conversations with both customers and internal Hitachi Consulting management teams-nbsp;-nbsp;
