IT Project Support Technician

Hitachi America, Ltd. (www.hitachi-america.us) is looking for an IT Project Support Technician to work in our IT Group. This role will be responsible for performing day-to-day IT task to support the project managed by the Client Support team for ITG customer. Client support includes a wide range of services including desktop support, trouble-shooting issues, PC data backup, hardware and software break-fix, Office 365, Video Conferencing and End-Point Security. The individual in this role will act as part of a geographically distributed technical team of IT members who provide services to customers as part of this role, the technician will be work together with our Client Service Team to execute and deliver the best service to our customers.
