Hitachi, Ltd. is searching for a Sr.
HRIS Project Management Specialist to join the Global HRIS team as part of the Global Human Capital
Division. This person will be responsible for managing and coordinating different aspects of HR systems/technology
projects including but not limited to Workday projects.
- Lead implementation
of Workday HCM and other Workday functionality for specific Hitachi
companies based on the Hitachi Global Framework.
- Engage and
communicate with different stakeholders including Steering Committee and
other senior management as part of project delivery.
- Create and
maintain detailed project plans for deployment of Workday HCM to specific
Hitachi companies and for new/enhanced Workday HCM functionality.
- Responsible for
the coordination and tracking of project milestones, dependencies, issues
and risks for assigned projects specific but not limited to integration
and data workstreams.
and partner with Workday team in India, other Hitachi companies and vendors
to manage different project milestones throughout project life cycle.

frequency/cadence including Steering Committee, senior management, project

project dependencies, risks and mitigation plans in partnership with other

resource utilization and escalate resource gaps/issues to PMO and HRIS Management

or equivalent education required related to HR, IT, or Information Systems
years of experience in IT or HRIS field
years of experience in project management; PMP certification is a plus
