Description

This position is responsible for new business development in the fields of social and industrial infrastructure market. Needs to identify customer issues/problems from customer/market driven perspective with market knowledge. Also needs to seek for potential solution partners in order to solve customer’s issues/problems and to determine new business models.

 
  • New business development in mobility and industrial sectors.
  • Find targeting market/customers` problems and challenges.
  • Find partners for our solution provider business.
  • Create new business plan, execute and modify, along with customer/market feedback, and implement this cycle in timely manner until finding solutions.
  • Research problems by investigating public information (e.g. referential web site,  general market report, webinar, exhibition etc.) and potential customers’ hearing to determine customer challenges.
  • Collaborate on projects and assignments with overseas locations in their local time zone.
  • Work with internal administration department to process new customer or vendor credit applications.
  • Work with internal legal department to approve non-disclosure agreements (NDA), agreements, and or contracts.
  • Prepare weekly activity reports and monthly summaries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of consulting or sales experience required, ideally in the fields of mobility, testing, or engineering.
  • Past proven new solution type business creation.
  • International business experience preferred.
  • Effective and timely verbal and written communication skills.
  • General marketing knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of systems engineering.
  • Possess the ability to properly present new ideas and communicate effectively to an executive level audience.   
  • Certificates & Licenses: Class D Drivers’ license
  • Excellent detailed and aesthetically organized presentation creation skills.
  • Other Requirements: 
    • U.S. work authorization required.
    • Domestic and international travel up to 50% of time
