The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Service Administrator to play a critical role in ensuring that all contractual matters are efficiently and accurately documented and implemented according to company standards.

You will proactive in nature as you will be responsible for the following:

  • The timely completion and processing of timesheets, contractor and service job invoices
  • Participate in QA internal audits and WHS documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, quality assurance system and workplace health & safety requirements
  • Process purchase orders, organise travel & accommodation and schedule training
  • Opening, preparing and closing of jobs
  • Assist mining sales with information for completion of contract and tender documents
  • Action ad-hoc administrative duties as required

To be successful in this role you will exhibit a customer-centric approach which will ultimately allow you to carry the requirements of the role. You will also have:

  • Extensive exposure within a service oriented administration role
  • Exceptional communication skills; both oral and written
  • Advanced IT proficiency, including the use of Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines and take follow-up action until finalisation
  • Well-developed negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Hold a Certificate 3 in Business Administration or similar
