    Master Production Scheduling:

  • Create and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) with information supplied via the High Level & Project Plans, and aligned with S&OP.

  • Work closely with multiple operations, warehouse and production managers/section leaders to get up to the minute, accurate information that allows the SAP Build Plan to be constantly updated in real time, and always aligned with the approved MPS.
  • Work with all other Planning team members to ensure changes to plans do not interfere with upstream or downstream processes/facilities – including consideration of logistics / material storage / welding / paint / traverser capacity and internal storage, through to test & validation / product introduction / depot capacity. Highlight impact of changes to relevant stakeholders and resolve issues.
