About the Opportunity

HCA's Townsville branch has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the team in the position of an Administration Assistant. This role will have you providing end to end administrative support for the branch and will be best suited for someone who is organised and values a team environment.

About You - To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience - Demonstrated experience in a similar position in an all-rounder office support role. Previous work history in an Accounts Receivable position and Heavy Industrial environment will be highly regarded
  • Computer Literacy - Advanced computer literacy including the use of Excel and Fleetwave Management Systems would be highly beneficial
  • Verbal & Written Communication Skills - with a developed ability to understand varying needs and coordinate with multiple departments
  • Autonomous productivity - to be a self-starter who has the ability to multi task all office duties efficiently
