General Responsibilities:


This position will work independently on a broad range of day-to-day communication activities including internal, external and branding initiatives including events and sponsorships.  This role will be responsible for creating and driving proactive, cohesive efforts around global employee engagement, ensuring that messages are delivered efficiently and effectively and will be responsible for the delivery of corporate, executive-ready materials in English.


 Job Summary:

  • This position will be responsible for the creation and execution of a professional marketing strategy to clearly communicate our vision and promote employee engagement across the Americas.
  • As a strong writer, creative thinker and collaborator, this position will work with senior managers to support on all internal communications. The successful candidate will be expected to develop standards of excellence to ensure our messaging is clear and consistent while aligning with our overall business objectives, culture and values.
  • This position will manage regional trade shows and marketing events, and act as the lead coordinator for both internal and external initiatives and activities, including interaction and alignment with our Technical Sales Group.


   Knowledge skills and abilities:


  • Experienced communications professional, with native English ability. Must be comfortable to parachute into the midst of an ongoing project, connect with key stakeholders and gain their trust.
  • Broad experience with creating a variety of content from video to corporate magazines, managing town halls, writing speeches, etc.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional and international teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.


    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.

 Experience: Minimum of 5 -7 years in corporate communications, preferably in the      automotive sector.
