Genoa offices are, as of now, the Hitachi Rail headquarters in Italy.
In Genoa Hitachi Rail employees roughly 600 people, mostly engineers, who are developing signalling technologies at the state of the art.

Currently we are looking for enthusiastic and pioneering candidates, driven by technological challenge and success, who want to contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and to the growth and global leadership of our business.
In particular we are looking for a: Project Manager
Achieve the defined objectives for the assigned project, within the terms and conditions of the project
Ensure (during the bidding phase) the final validation, of bidding whole life costs estimation, revenues, margins and risks and work schedule
• Ensure the on time, on budget and on quality delivery
• Ensure the achievement of the targets of the assigned project in terms of Costs, Revenues, Margin and Cash in
• Ensure the achievement of the identified KPIs
• Ensure Client relationship by ensuring a direct interface with the client
• Contribute to the promotion of business opportunities and manage
the Change Orders/Variation Orders
• Ensure customer satisfaction monitoring
• Ensure contract claims preparation and disputes handling in accordance to contract provisions (e.g. identifying and applying any preventive/corrective action)
Job requirements Skills and Knowledge
Achievement of budget objectives (Costs, Revenue, Margin and Cash in);
• Achievement of the key milestones
• Improvement of the performance of the program/project
• Project Team performances (achievement of PDP targets relevant to the projects)
Preferential requirements: experience in maintenance business, project finance, PPP.

Fluent English Knowledge
Bachelor's Degree and PM Certification or Equivalent Technical Background
