About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator in our Dunedin Branch. This role is integral to the success of CablePrice and we are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and develop in their next role.

• Production order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing
• Opening and closing monthly reoccurring service jobs
• Maintenance of local databases to track WIP
• Assist with building, plant and tool maintenance
• Payroll support and timesheet entry
• Purchase order and invoice processing
• Compile information required for internal & external audits

As the ideal candidate you will have:

• Previous experience in a similar service administrative function within and industrial business
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel (experience in MS Dynamics is preferable but not essential)
• The ability to work overtime as required in peak periods (eg: end of month)
• The ability to be adaptable and work in a fast paced environment
