Our South Island branches are authorised sales, parts and service dealers for Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, and Fuso trucks while our Wellington branch is the regions authorised Master Truck Dealer (MTD) for Isuzu trucks. CablePrice is also an authorised service dealer in New Zealand for Scania Trucks & Buses.

About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Specialist in our busy Auckland Branch. Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, in this role you will be:

• Interpreting and processing customer requests
• Providing service to internal customers for parts
• Picking and packing parts and components
• Sourcing parts from other sources as required
• Utilising your highly developed communication skills
• Exercising your strong computer skills, data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Highly organised in your approach to your work

You will also be hard working, customer focussed and cool under pressure, allowing you to prioritise tasks in a busy workplace. Knowledge and/or experience with commercial vehicles or heavy equipment is an advantage, and a current drivers licence is necessary.

• High level of computer literacy
• The ability to perform under pressure and to prioritise and multitask in a time driven environment
• Demonstrated problem solving, logistics and/or service experience.
