Laser Marker Product Engineer

Your responsibilities

• Own and perform product technical acceptance verification as part Quality Assurance process.
• Support Quality Assurance to manage product quality standard and requirements.
• Support commercial team to launch products and provide product training.
• Work with commercial team to manage customer requirements and field issue.
• Work with technical/design authority to manage technical requirement and delivery.
• Required technical and product documentation provision. 
• OEM supplier technical liaison and management.
• Technical Support for each sales office to sell laser.
• Contribute to laser marker product management and business strategy.

Your profile:

• University degree in electrical engineering, software engineering or relevant engineering qualification.
• Industrial experience in product development, product management and product support.   
• Technical issue management and analysis capability.
• Technical product acceptance test management knowledge and experience.
• Self-management, ownership, team sprits and can-do attitude.
• Good communication skills and fluency English, ideally Japanese
• Desirable to well-known laser technology.
