The Process leader will beresponsible to manage the A-SPICE project and A-SPICE team in order :
To coordinate SYS/SW Standards Development.
To grant deployment of these standards on projects.
To manage Continuous Improvement and Lesson-Learned Cards activities.
To interface with SYS/SW Method and Tools network (M&T).
To reach A-SPICE target and roadmap.
To grant internal and external training and communication around A-SPICE.
To harmonize standard referential with HIAMS.
