The Opportunity

We are experiencing exponential growth within our western region and are currently seeking expressions of interest from trade qualified HD Fitters / Mobile Pant Mechanics to join our Pilbara team.

In this role, your key focus will be performing planned maintenance and carrying out major component change outs across various mine sites throughout the Pilbara and North West regions. Working alongside experienced team members, you will be united in your approach to completing quality OEM level work whilst providing great customer service to our clients.

Working an 8 days on 6 days off, 7 nights on 7 days off fly in fly out roster, this permanent role will allow you to access OEM training while you build a long term career in a global company.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything else
• Hold relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) mobile plant trade qualifications
• Have experience, knowledge and understanding of civil and mining equipment
• Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously within remote areas
• Have good communication and customer service skills with the ability to build long term relationships
• Police clearance and current drivers licence are essential
