Tax Specialist (m/f/d) with focus on Value Added Tax

For our Shared Service Team in the area of Finance & Accounting – Tax, based in Krakow, we are looking for an 

Tax Specialist (m/f/d) with focus on Value Added Tax

Your area of responsibility:

• Verification of VAT issues for Germany and various EU countries, in particular cross-border issues
• Carrying out research and analyses of VAT-related issues
• Support and advice for our customers in all VAT matters
• Preparation of e.g. VAT returns, recapitulative statements and Intrastast declarations for various EU countries
• Communication with the tax authorities
• Verification of tax assessment notices

Your qualification:

• Completed training as assistant tax consultant
• At least 2 years practical experience in the field of finance/tax, ideally in the area of value added tax
• Very knowledge of English language, preferably German as well
• Good SAP knowledge
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Committed and responsible
• Analytical skills and precise working methods
