Functional Consultant

Description

Function as MS D365 FO (Finance & Operation) ERP Functional Consultant, covering implementation, support and presales.

• Involved in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP Implementation
• Able to perform requirement analysis and system configurations.
• Comfortable to conduct trainings and Fit-Gap Workshops
• Need to prepare test script and conduct UAT
• Able to support customization such as prepare functional specifications and perform customisation testing
• Support customers or end users by resolving issues raised
• Support pre-sales activities such as requirement scoping, preparing RFP, conducting demo or POC and assisting in proposals or tenders.
• You need to have strong project management skills especially in managing timeline, budget, scope, deliverables and change request

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Business Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 ERP FO experience preferred
• Business knowledge in Finance and Manufacturing
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong in customer engagement and vendor management
