The Job
- Negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Prepare quotations and reply email in a timely fashion & manner / understand customer's needs & requirements
- Maintain good rapport with existing clients and understand their requirements
- Conduct market analysis, coordinate commercial and technical discussion between customers with the engineering team, gather customers’ feedback for products and solutions improvement and recommend appropriate solutions to the customers
- Achieving department's Order & sales target
- Be the bridge between Japanese counter partner and the customers so as to always provide the best solution to fulfil customer needs and requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree
- 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial products
- Fast learner & passion for sales
