Thesis Student (Master) (m/f/d)

For our Quality/Warranty team we are looking for an enthusiastic, data driven and highly motivated student who is interested in writing his Master Thesis with us and wants to gain a lot of insights into the Quality/Warranty field of an international company.

Your task:

Develop a concept and initiate the implementation of a Warranty Management System in the European region with regards to all external and internal stakeholders.

This concept shall be developed:

• In terms of standards and automotive specification
• with regards to customer requirements
• with regards to internal standards, requirements and processes
• integrated in the existing management system

Further:

• a process for market observation (with data analysis tool) with reaction plan need to be described and initiated.
• a No Trouble Found project shall be describe including the definition of starting criteria for the European products
• A reporting structure which fit to the Global operation model needs to be defined and the responsibilities need to be described

As a result, a new concept for European warranty management is to be developed in coordination with the European plants and the regional headquarter.

Your Profile:

• Interest in Quality/Warranty processes in an automotive field
• Good communication skills in English and German
• Good analytical skills and knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Reliable team player who enjoys learning in an international environment
