The Role

Trusted partner and advisor to the HR community to help define technology solutions to critical HR functions and processes.
  • Participate in different phases of HR systems projects or enhancements including requirements gathering, testing, training and post-production support Work is generally of a critical and/or confidential nature
  • Evaluate and recommend process improvements by leveraging/optimizing system platforms
  • HR SharePoint site administrator
  • Perform ongoing data audits/reviews for data accuracy and compliance
  • Responsible for managing HR NDA compliance
  • Answer and/or escalate questions from employees and managers submitted via HR case management tool (AskHR) Other HR Technology
  • Act as a backup for Oracle specialist. This includes maintenance of data in Oracle HR including employee record updates, table maintenance and interface monitoring
  • Aids in evaluating and recommending solutions on core HR platforms
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and identifying fixes in partnership with tool administrators and/or IT team members
  • Work with IT to implement enhancements and perform mass data updates by testing, validating, and signing-off on deployments
  • Provide/facilitate training for HR (e.g. new HR members, new functionality, upgrade release enhancement)
  • Create and maintain documentation including user guides, process flows, training guides, checklists

Qualifications
  • At least 1-3 years of HR experience with a high level of systems knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills including Access, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Oracle EBS R12, OBIEE, Workday, ServiceNow and SharePoint
  • Must be self-motivated, accuracy - detail oriented, demonstrate initiative
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work pro-actively, independently and multi-task on multiple projects with multiple deadlines

  • This position is an individual contributor with no budgetary responsibility
  • Considerable judgment and initiative required
  • Works on assignments from routine to medium complex in nature
  • Normally receives minimal instruction on day to day work, general instruction on new assignments
