Our expansion has afforded us a unique opportunity to look for a strategic, dynamic, and forward-thinking Administration Coordinator looking to “shift gears” and join the team in our Monroe, GA facility.  You offer us your determination and work-ethic; we offer you very competitive pay and top-notch health benefits.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintain and improve employee relations through (HIAMS)AM-GA’s employee relations programs such as service award program, company events, meal requests, and vending and coffee systems.
  • Maintain and improve communication throughout the organization by coordinating companywide activities including monthly round table meetings, suggestion box program, and newsletters.
  • Maintain and improve the work environment and efficiency by coordinating monthly 5S audits, managing company cell phones and company vehicles, making travel arrangements, and other office administration activities.
  • Support Department Manager with public relations to maintain the best relationship with the state, county, and city to gain the maximum support from the community.
  • Support Department Manager or Assistant Manager for achievement of overall administrative policy/strategy.
  • Support day to day functions of Administration Department.
  • Other projects to be assigned.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.  Some college or 2 to 3 years experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional presence is a must.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

No physical exertion required. Required to sit for long periods of time and moving around the facility. Coordination and handling files and documents.  Lifting limited to no more than 30 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Pleasant office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas with the use of personal protective equipment.
