Summary


The Clinical Applications Helpline Specialist, MR is responsible for supporting HHA MR customers with applications assistance via the HHA Applications Helpline Center.




Essential Functions and Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer incoming calls, bringing customer needs to resolution.

  • Open service calls for customers as needed.

  • Update customer database with helpline call information.

  • Assist in the development and review of customer training materials as time permits.

  • Assist customers with clinical portion of ACR site accreditation activity.





Education/Experience



  • Minimum two (2) years clinical MR experience.

  • Degree from accredited Radiology Technologist Program.




Certifications



  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in MR.

  • Frequently use fingers to type and do other fine motor tasks.

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and depth perception.

  • Speaks clearly and persuasively; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; writes clearly and informatively; proofreads/edits work for spelling and grammar

  • Skilled in utilizing computers and inputting information into CRM database, word processing for generating memos and reports as required.

  • Focuses on solving conflict; maintains confidentiality
