To strengthen our Industrial Components & Equipment Group Coding & Marking in Düsseldorf we are looking for a 

Key account manager – Hitachi Coding, Marking & Verification Solutions DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Research multi-site fast moving consumer goods manufacturers with responsibility for the DACH region
  • Prospect, engage with and present consistent Hitachi commercial and technical
  • value propositions to stakeholders in large customers, global and regional strategic     account
  • Negotiate commercial framework agreements
  • Develop and negotiate service level and commercial agreements with Hitachi partners
  • Establish formal and lasting relationships with stakeholders
  • Build a network in specific vertical markets
  • Administer entire sales process from identifying and engaging target customers within specific verticals
  • Manage the pricing and discounts and other sales proposal activities
  • Identify opportunities for inkjet printing, laser printing, vision and software solutions to increase penetration into the account and deliver enhanced revenue and profit generation for Hitachi companies
  • Collaborate with the head of platform development and engineering team and provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, competitors’ position and depth of customer base and to translate them into product specifications
  • Development and creation of business plans
  • Establishment of forecasting process for projected printer sales

Your Skills:

  • Experience in sales of technical products in the B2B machine builder or IT market, manufacturing solutions & packaging applications
  • More than 5 years experience to sell regional and global Key Accounts
  • Experienced at working consultatively and in solution-based selling
  • Strong team player to work in a sales team (presales, OEM, technical resources, Distribution partners)
  • Ability to present a technical sales proposition. Concepts Solution based selling
  • Manage and record stages of the sales
  • Excel and using CRM reporting tools such as Salesforce
  • Fluency in English language
