Hitachi Vantara has a world class IT infrastructure product portfolio and our Danish business is performing well despite the headwinds of COVID. Our Customer Service and Support group (CS-S) are two regional teams that are responsible for the support of our enterprise customers across Denmark.
The Danish team is a high performing, close knit team of field support engineers that have fantastic relationships with our customer teams. Due to high work load we are looking to scale up both the West and the East teams.
The customer engineer performs a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
- Supporting product installations and implementations
- Deliver ongoing maintenance support services
- Support high priority incident resolution
- Ensure high standard of customer satisfaction at all times - both external and internal
- Working as part of the 24/7 on call shift rota for that region
We require a broad technical understanding for you to be successful in this role. Training is provided on the Hitachi product portfolio but the basis of your experience will span:
- Block storage systems
- Storage Area Networks
- NAS solutions
- Server infrastructure
- Windows OS
- IP networking
