Responsibilities

• Manage on-going execution and implementation of email strategy - including one-offs, automation, customer journey creation, etc.
• Conceptualize, plan, execute nurture programs to show measurable impact to "sales ready" leads
• Help to identify, document, and enhance internal business processes
• Work collaboratively with the team to develop, monitor, test and optimize Marketo programs for all stages of the marketing and sales funnels.
• Recommend and implement iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through optimized messaging and targeting
• Provide recommendations and best practices, including possible communication strategy, flows for customer welcoming, browsing, guiding pre- and post-purchase behavior, and re-engagement
• Manage and produce campaign-specific metrics and retrospectives
• Ensure emails follow industry standards and privacy policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing operations or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience with marketing automation tools - Marketo - is must
• Agency experience is a plus
• Solid expertise in triggered / automated marketing campaigns and workflows
• Experience creating and running large scale email campaigns, managing diverse customer segmentation groups, and tailoring content based on user attributes
• Great team spirit; strong communication and collaborative skills
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
