Job Overview:

The Renewal Quoting Specialist is responsible for configuring and pricing renewal offers in the Salesforce CRM tool. The main purpose of the position is to provide accurate and timely renewal quotes to our largest customers. Team members in this role work closely with the Renewal Sales team to proactively identify the renewal opportunities and set priorities for quoting. This role is critical in supporting our renewals revenue stream and our field services operations.

What you will do:
  • Manage the Renewal Opportunity to Renewal Quote process in Salesforce CRM
  • Use Business Intelligence reporting tools to proactively identify renewal opportunities
  • Perform audit of contract, install base, and sales order data based on the Salesforce reporting and Microsoft Excel tools
  • Prepare renewal offers per current pricing and discounting policies
  • Collaborate with our Renewal Operations and Renewal Sales teams to troubleshoot customer escalations and data discrepancies
  • Manage Salesforce cases and prioritize escalated requests for quoting
  • Share best practices and independently pilot projects to improve the Renewals Business
  • Represent the Renewals Team as an expert in quoting and pricing

What we need from you:
  • Fluent English (any additional language will be of advantage)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field highly desirable.
  • Understanding of pre-sales or post-sales process assumptions will be of advantage
  • Strong proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Salesforce/CRM,)
