Our 24/7 National Support Centre based in Revesby provides support directly to all our customers and branches nationally 7 days a week.

The Role

We have a new and exciting opportunity available for a Parts Specialist to join our National Customer Care team. Based in Revesby, this position will make you the first point of contact for all inbound queries relating to parts. By providing exceptional customer service you will interpret and identify appropriate parts whilst providing thorough technical advice on quality Hitachi products.

This role is best suited for someone who has a high level of attention to detail as you will be entering essential information in an accurate and timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prompt customer and stakeholder response in accordance with policies & procedures, whilst striving to meet business targets
  • Being the first point of contact for all inbound queries relating to parts but not limited to; pricing, parts, availability of stock, order enquires and much more
  • Using electronic parts diagram or parts catalogue to source parts for customers
  • Reviewing customer orders ensuring they are correct, applying a high level of attention to detail

As the ideal candidate you will possess the following key attributes:

  • Parts knowledge within the Earthmoving, Construction or Automotive industry will be a distinct advantage
  • A helpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex issues
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse range stakeholders from various areas of our business, internally and externally
  • Excellent time management and ability to be able to multitask and navigate between system and databases
