The purpose of this position is to perform analytical administration and technical lead responsibilities for Workday, LMS and other systems, as well as production of required monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the H-E Parts International Global HR Department.  This position also maintains and develops departmental metrics and dashboards, and analyzes all HR data for quantitative results.  


Safety – conduct all activities in a safe manner, utilizing PPE and adhering to company policy and alerting others regarding potential concerns. Safety is # 1. Strict adherence to confidentiality is required in this position due to the type of information involved. Create, compile and distribute various regulatory and globally required reports through report generation out of Workday and other data collection methods.  Includes production of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to Tokyo. Performs lead role in HRIS (WORKDAY) maintenance, training and implementations globally.  Files, tracks, and insures open tickets are fulfilled to completion.  Tests solutions in test system (sandbox) prior to implementation. Compiles and maintains monthly HR metrics; recommends new metrics.  Works to develop predictive analytics using data from HRIS, LMS and other sources. Acts as Administrator for organization in LMS to include assignments, reports and handling of technical issues.  Assists with internal training program development and administration. Tracks, reports and analyzes exit and stay interview responses.  Produces quarterly and annual results. Tracks and reports on global HR KPI’s for incentive calculations through data compilation from Workday and other systems. Globally coordinates posting of open positions on HEPI website and designated websites.  Supports employment branding in talent acquisition process.  Assists in talent acquisition by scheduling prescreening assessments, including drug, criminal and psychometric evaluations. Perform additional duties as assigned and assist in global HR strategic projects when requested.
