Job description
INGÉNIEUR D'AMÉLIORATION DES PROCESSUS ET D'ENTRETIEN
Ensure the analysis of production yield to identify improvement actions
• Ensure the identification of new tools/processes to reduce lead time / improve
product reliability
• Ensure the implementation of STS quality control over the suppliers
manufacturing process whenever the product intellectual propriety is STS' (i.e.
PCB).
• Ensure standard cost reduction for labor content (e.g. new machines, change
in existing processes/materials, automation proposals, etc.)
• Ensure the definition of the internal fabrication process of a new MAKE product
• Contribute to report any issue to R&D Department (by creating the required
form in PDM system)
• Contribute / actively participate to the ToT projects (definition & implementation
phases as per the action plan)
• Contribute with the Quality Assurance Unit to the monitoring of manufacturing
materials quality inspection executing the required test on the shop floor
• Ensure the support to the production lines (e.g. on demand equipment
maintenance)
• Contribute to the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) preparation, from the
documentation 'till the final completion of the sessions (e.g. traceability
report,...)

Job requirements
Profil (profil)
Ecole d'ingénieur technique / ou équivalent
Première expérience de 3 ans dans un service méthode industrielle (petit et moyenne série) serait un plus.
Connaissance de la maitrise des procédés spéciaux (enrobage, collage, assemblage mécanique...) serait un plus
Connaissance des outils Lean Manufacturing.
Aptitude au projet de pilotage
Connaissance SAP serait un plus
