Our 24/7 National Support Centre based in Revesby provides support directly to all our customers and branches nationally 7 days a week.
The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager we are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with exceptional data entry skills to join our 24/7 Support Centre. This role will involve responding to a high volume of inbound customer orders, mainly via email and web portals. This position is fundamental in providing exceptional customer service while at the same time delivering great outcomes for the business by processing customer orders effectively and efficiently. This role is ideal for a highly driven individual that is detail, customer focused and has the ability to think two steps ahead.
