Meet our Team

Sales Operations is a global team that are highly visible across our business and led by a VP based here in the UK. They provide reports and dashboards covering forecasting, pipeline, performance analysis - more - giving our executives the insights to make strategic decisions.

What you'll be doing

Help to formalise, automate, and expand our reporting capabilities and cadences. This includes (but is not limited to) regular weekly/monthly/quarterly reports. In addition you'll work under your own initiative to dig deeper into our data to find new insights and make new recommendations, using story boarding and visualisation tools to paint a clear and compelling picture of the data.

What you bring to the team
  • A background in Sales Operations within an international Technology/IT Solutions and Services organisation
  • Experience with, Power BI and Excel (advanced, to Macros level) is essential
  • An outstanding written and verbal communicator with strong reporting, dashboarding - storyboarding skills.
  • The ability to extract and interpret data from a variety of sources, then present this to an audience
  • An inquisitive and intuitive mindset, seeking to find new patterns and insights in the data
