1.Organization & Talent Management [*Main RESPONSIBILITIES]
a) Identify the current need of capabilities and bridge the gap towards the ideal organization.
b) Develop strong talents / leader who can take on challenges and lead the business and various team member with making full use of Hitachi's global HR initiatives (such as Talent Review, Assessment and Succession Planning) and other best practices. In addition, to plan and execute rotation plans and training programs for future executive candidates.
c) Handle organisation change & personnel change (DGM & above, Expats & local staff)
d) Toward the penetration of Diversity & Inclusion
e) Performance management (GPM) above GM
2.HR Groupwide Activities
Strengthen communication & knowledge-sharing across the Group in SE Asia through various HR group activities.
a) Annual HR Conference in ASEAN region: Manage venue (location & Hotel) based on agenda, coordinate speakers & Executives’ schedule, oversee the entire logistics etc.
b) HR managers country meetings (6 countries, every 3 to 4 months at each country) : Lead agenda, represent RHQ, articulate global HR strategy & global HR initiatives, promote shared services with confidence.
Perform ad hoc projects as and when required.
*4 & 5 will be added when promote to higher position in the future.
4.Mobility Management (International Assigner management)
a) Coordinate personnel changes with HQ in Japan and each department in Hitachi Asia Ltd.
b) Manage around 100 Expats while managing some subordinates who conducting operation such as policy, visa, payroll, housing, budget, governance, performance management, expats training and so on.
a) Set annual targets & consolidate implementation plans by each country HR
b) Prepare shared services proposals (scopes, pricing, resource).
c) Engage group companies in ASEAN region and understand their needs. Consider how Hitachi Asia Ltd. can support them. Proactively offer solutions through our services.
d) Ensure reporting to HQ.
e) Perform QA roles : Monitor & follow-through service delivery
f) Perform HRSS delivery : Lead Mobility shared services
