HR & General Affairs Coordinator (m/f/d)


In this role you will be working alongside the local HR Business Partner to support the business whilst driving continuous improvement for the site.

You are mainly responsible for:

  • Supporting the recruitment for Direct employees
  • Support the Onboarding process including welcome pack, presentation material and new starter induction.
  • Supporting the running of local payroll
  • Administration support for HR team and participate in local projects (such as company events, etc.)
  • Car fleet, wardrobes and lockers management
  • Office supply management and cooperation with Purchasing Department
  • Supervising Daily mail process – incoming / outgoing
  • Communication with local service providers such as canteen, gate house, cleaning, etc.
  • First Aid Kit management - making records, monitoring expiration dates, ordering new equipment
  • Travel expenses - preparation for Finance Department
  • Organizing local business trips based on the travel requests
  • Visitors - organizing accommodation, transfer, refreshment

 Your Profile:

  • Previous experience in a HR and/or General Affairs role including payroll support.
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills. Fluent in Czech and good knowledge of English.
  • Ability to deal with internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and experience of dealing with confidential information.
  • Proven IT skills (Office 365, including Excel).
  • Ability to manage and organise own workload efficiently.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Required to take initiative in respect of communication (internally & externally).
  • Be accountable for certain project within the scope of the job.
