The Commercial customer segment represents the largest growth opportunity for Hitachi Vantara. We group our customers as platinum, enterprise and commercial and the new segmentation allows us to focus on and be closer to those customers by having a dedicated localised GTM team. We are building out this new go to market with mix of experienced existing team members and new hires. So this is an opportunity for a successful sales leader to grow a new team and new business inside an established, global technology brand.

What you'll be doing

The Regional Sales Leader will deliver the sales number for Northern EMEA, leading a group of experienced sales professionals based in each of the geos. The role involves P-L management, strong forecasting and pipeline governance and the ability to build and execute to plan.

What you bring to the team
  • A career track record in leading international sales teams to meet and exceed high growth targets
  • Experience building; hiring, training and mentoring high performing teams across different countries and cultures
  • An expert in growing channel and partner revenue, someone who has scaled a business with indirect as well as direct sales teams.
  • Working with field marketing to develop and execute regional events and initiatives
  • Operational governance around forecasting, reporting, performance management and ultimately - sales performance
