The Role

As an integral part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team, the HRIS Project and Change Manager will have responsibility for the successful implementation of a recruiting CRM solution and driving the adoption of the CRM amongst the Talent Acquisition team. This role will then pick up Project/Change Management of the migration of applicant tracking systems, moving to Workday from Greenhouse. That migration is anticipated to happen during the second half of 2021, but dates are yet to be confirmed.

The HRIS Project and Change Manager's responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  • Critically review processes and ways of working, proposing improvements and changes as required
  • Managing the whole project lifecycle for the CRM implementation, including taking any remedial action required to ensure success
  • Driving adoption of the CRM amongst the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, offering support and guidance as required
  • Manage the statement of work with the CRM vendor to ensure professional services are delivered on time and within budget
  • Project management of the CRM vendor during the implementation phase
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the CRM's capabilities and how these can be exploited to enhance TA at Vantara
  • Work closely with the Employer Brand Marketing Manager to develop marketing campaigns and talent pools in the CRM
  • Regularly report progress to TA leaders

The Person

The HRIS Project and Change Manager will typically bring:
  • Project Management experience including an understanding of leading PM methodologies, ideally Agile
  • Demonstrable expertise successfully implementing HR technology solutions
  • First class communication skills with the ability to work with colleagues globally
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage competing priorities
  • An understanding of recruiting and driving Talent Acquisition processes would be advantageous, as would time spent working as a Recruiter
