What You'll Be Doing

Oracle EBS R12.2+ Order to Cash -BSA/Functional Lead

Mandatory Skills : Oracle EBS 12.2+, Order to Cash, OM, QP, WSH, TCA, DQM, ChRM, AR

Individual Contributor Role.

Must have Experience

i) Minimum 1-2 end to end Implementation EBS 12.2+ experience with O2C area. Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Accounts Receivables, Credit Management.
ii) Must have 1-2 projects for Upgrade, Rollout's and Support for Order to Cash area Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Credit Management - Accounts Receivables
iii) Prior proven capabilities in demonstrating solutioning skills and should be a Subject Matter expert in O2C. Must know how to configure and implement new functionalities.
iv) Must know to prepare B100, MD50, TE40, Conversion docs, Web ADI's
v) Should have minimum 1-2 projects where demonstrated strong implementation and Integration experience with Upstream applications (e-Commerce Platform), EDI and downstream applications, legacy applications (Warehouse Management Systems) with Order Management, Advanced Pricing and Shipping Execution in Retail (B2B) and Consumer Industry (B2C).
vi) Solid experience in understanding Oracle Apps Data Model for the Order Management, Advanced Pricing and Shipping Execution. Key API's and data flow between modules, tables, Order Management Workflows.
vii) Deep knowledge and understanding for Order Management, Order to Cash Flows/Transaction flows with Inventory Management, Cost Management and Accounts Receivables.
viii) Deep Knowledge in Advanced Pricing, Custom Pricing, Pricing Formula's, pricing hooks etc.
ix) Must be good in troubleshooting without additional help. Should be able to build own PL/SQL queries.
x) Incident Management, Prioritization - Triaging of tickets, work in time-bound projects.
xi) Solid understanding of TCA architecture.
xii) Good Communication and good documentation skills. Must know how to work in Onsite-offshore model.
xiii) Implementation and prior experience in EBS Data Quality Management (DQM)
xiv) Experience in working in multi-platform integration projects involving various middle-ware Technology components Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA, OSB, ODI), Mulesoft, FTP/SFTP with Order Management, Advanced Pricing and Shipping Execution.

Good to have

i) Experience and working knowledge in Channel Revenue Management and It's Integration with Order Management, Advanced Pricing and Accounts Receivables
ii) Experience and working knowledge in Integrations with Order Management with Oracle CRM Service modules like Depot Repair, Install Base for Repair and Returns flow.
iii) Understanding of API's/ REST API, Webservices etc.
iv) Working Knowledge of iSupplier Portal.
